All shipments are subject to customs inspection.
My box(es) do not contain live animals, perishable food, fresh produce, plants, or any living items.
All items sent are legal to ship and comply with the laws of Australia, Malaysia, and any transit country.
My shipment does not include weapons, ammunition, explosives, liquids, dangerous goods, or regulated waste.
I am not sending flammable, toxic, corrosive, or otherwise hazardous substances.
My box(es) do not contain lithium batteries, power banks, or battery-powered devices.
My shipment does not contain radioactive materials.
I am not sending aerosols, spray cans, paint, perfume, alcohol, or pressurised containers.
My shipment does not include fertilisers, insecticides, pesticides, or cleaning chemicals.
Each box is within the allowed weight limit. I understand that boxes exceeding the limit will be charged AUD 10 per kg.
I am responsible for packing my items properly and securely. I understand that damage caused by poor packing is not covered.
I understand that customs authorities may inspect or open my shipment as part of standard procedures, which may cause delays.
I confirm that I am not sending cash, jewellery, precious metals, or important personal documents.
I understand that the delivery time provided is an estimate, not a guarantee. Shipping schedules can change due to ship availability, port congestion, customs clearance, inspections, weather, or public holidays. While Melb2KL will always do its best to deliver as scheduled, delays caused by these factors are sometimes unavoidable.
If I request a redelivery or change the delivery address after confirmation, I understand a fee of AUD 10 per box will apply.
Door-to-door service is for landed or ground-floor properties. Extra charges may apply for apartments, stairs, or difficult access.
